LONG SUTTON ‘MENS SHED’
The group is up and running with steady progress being made on the construction of a workshop and amenities.
Membership is rapidly expanding and we are exploring numerous, interesting ideas and plans.
We meet Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 1000-1230pm
We are in a position to start work on some simple projects but still welcome any offers of old, restorable or unwanted tools and materials suitable for woodworking, light engineering or mechanics.
Collection could be arranged if needed (Phone Barry 01406 364953)
We hope to arrange guest demonstrators in practical skills and possible visits to places of interest including other ‘Mens Shed’ in order to explore what is possible.
Our group has no agenda other than to bring men together to relax and share interests.
All are welcome on Sunday mornings. Silverwood Nursery, St James’ Road. 10.30-12.30. Tea and biscuits provided.
